Refund and Return Policy
We only accept returns under exeptional circumstances within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Note that In You Glow will reimburse only the cost of the products, not any postage or shipping fees.
Return Process:

- You will be responsible for the shipping fee, as we do not offer a free returns service.
- Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In You Glow's policy for orders returned due to incorrect address input by the customer is as follows:
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fee: Orders returned as undelivered due to incorrect address input by the customer will not be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and up-to-date. In You Glow will not be liable for orders returned due to incorrect address information.
- Address Confirmation: Customers are encouraged to review and confirm the accuracy of their shipping address before finalizing an order. In You Glow is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect address information.
