Shipping Information

  • UK Orders: We utilise Evri for all shipments within the UK. Delivery typically ranges from 2 to 5 working days.

  • Lost Parcels: A parcel is not classified as lost until 21 days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Shipments are handled via Evri. Please allow up to 30 days for international delivery.

  • Customs Fees: Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure timely payment to avoid deductions from the refund amount in case of returns.

  • Lost International Parcels: International parcels are considered lost 30 days after dispatch.

Returned to Sender: Shipping Policy

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fee: Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will not receive a refund for shipping charges.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accuracy and currency of the shipping address entered during the ordering process. In You Glow cannot be held liable for returns due to incorrect address information.

  • Address Verification: Customers are encouraged to carefully review and confirm the accuracy of their shipping address before completing an order. In You Glow will not be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address details.
